Rosh HaShonoh.
Close my eyes.
I’m standing before G-d right now.
G-d sees with a glance and KNOWS everything about me,
My innermost thoughts, my travails, my inner battles,
Those fought valiantly and those c”v otherwise;
EVERYTHING…
I stand before my Infinitely Loving Father;
I embrace Him, with my mind, Soul and heart.
Though I weep with trepidation, with remorse, I love His embrace, I want it to laaaaaast..
The Shofar Sounds.
The only Mitsvoh from the Torah [today] for Rosh HaShonoh.
I am one with G-d with this Mitsvoh.
A window to Heaven, an opening to higher worlds, another type of existence, the world of G-d; the sound of the Shofar….
I allow myself to become enveloped in it, I use it to be transformed;
As I listen to the sound of the Shofar and attach myself to G-d,
With tears, with longing, with silent prayer, with a beseeching heart,
G-d stands from His Throne of Strict Judgement and ascends His Throne of Loving Mercy,
He stretches out His Hands to us and joins us,
Joins us in our pain and joy and pleads for His Only Children.
Omein.
